Common questions
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items are dispatched within 24 working hours and reach most Indian cities in 4–7 days. You’ll get a tracking link by SMS and email once the parcel leaves us. Personalised items with a printed name or number take 2–3 days longer.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
For ready-made items, no — order a single piece or fifty. For custom-designed bulk kits, there’s no strict minimum either, though pricing works out best for full squads. Use the bulk enquiry form and we’ll quote you either way.
Do you offer team and bulk pricing?
Yes. For clubs, academies and schools ordering in volume we offer special pricing. Use the “Bulk / Custom Kit” tab in the form above and we’ll come back within a few hours.
Can I get a custom design or my own logo printed for my team?
Yes. Share your logo, colours or a reference kit through the bulk enquiry form and our design team will put together a mock-up for you to approve before anything is manufactured. Everything is cut and printed in-house.
Can I add my name and number to a kit?
Yes, on most playing jerseys. Tick the personalisation option on the product page, enter the name and number, and you’ll see a preview before adding to cart. It adds a small charge and 2–3 days to delivery.
What is your returns policy?
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached. Personalised and custom bulk items can’t be returned unless faulty, as they can’t be resold.
How do I know which size to order?
Every product page has a full size chart with garment measurements in inches. If you’re between sizes we’d suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit — or just message us and we’ll advise.
