Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains when an order can be cancelled at IRA Sportswear.

1. Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been dispatched. To cancel, email info@irasportswear.com or call +91 93637 42660 with your order number.

2. Customised Orders

Customised / personalised products (printed with a name and/or number) go into production quickly. Once production has started, they cannot be cancelled even within the 24-hour window.

3. Orders Already Dispatched

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for returns of wrong or defective items.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

For eligible cancellations, a full refund is issued to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5–7 business days.
